Conference Hotel
During the weekend of our conference, two other colleges in the area will be holding commencement. For this reason, we recommend that conference attendees book their hotel rooms as early as possible.
A block of rooms has been booked at the Hilton Garden Inn in Worcester. Please note that the hotel has rooms booked for us from May 8th to May 12th to accommodate our conference which runs from early in the morning on May 9th until the end of the day on May 11th. There are several other excellent hotels in the same area. With these hotels, we also recommend booking as early as possible. Although we do not have a special rate with them, rates are comparable.

Transportation
Directions for travel to Worcester can be found on the Clark University website.
Shuttle vans will be provided from the Hilton to campus on the days of the conference, morning and evening. Cabs, uber and lyft are available at off-times, and for travel around the city.
Clark is a small, walkable urban campus. All conference panels will be held in the Shaich Center (#3 on campus map) and Higgins University Center (#24). The keynote address will take place in Razzo Hall (#39).
Numerous lunch and dinner options exist on and around campus, as well as downtown near the Hotel. A list of suggestions will be provided in the conference program.
